Can Poodles Eat Bananas?
Bananas are safe for dogs in moderation. They are high in potassium, vitamins B6 and C, and fiber. However, they are also high in natural sugar, so they should be given as an occasional treat.
🐕 Poodle-Specific Guidance
For a Poodle (40–70 lbs), use the standard serving guidance, adjusting to your individual dog's weight and any breed-specific sensitivities.
Poodles are at risk for bloat (GDV). Avoid feeding large amounts of any new food at once, and don't give treats right before or after exercise.

Rich in potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, magnesium, and fiber. About 14g of sugar per medium banana.
Serving Guidance
Small dogs: 2–3 small pieces. Medium dogs: half a banana. Large dogs: up to one banana. Limit to a few times per week.
Risks to Know
High sugar content can contribute to weight gain if overfed. Banana peels are not toxic but are difficult to digest and may cause intestinal blockage.
