Can Brittanys Eat Popcorn?
Plain, air-popped popcorn is safe for dogs as an occasional treat. It contains small amounts of minerals and fiber. However, buttered, salted, or flavored popcorn should be avoided.
🐕 Brittany-Specific Guidance
For a Brittany (30–40 lbs), use the standard serving guidance, adjusting to your individual dog's weight and any breed-specific sensitivities.
Brittanys are predisposed to food allergies. If introducing popcorn for the first time, start with a very small amount and watch for itching, ear infections, or GI upset over the next 24–48 hours.
