Can Beagles Eat Shrimp?
Cooked shrimp is safe for dogs and is a good source of protein, phosphorus, and B vitamins. Always remove the shell, tail, and vein. Serve plain without seasoning.
🐕 Beagle-Specific Guidance
For a Beagle (20–30 lbs), use the standard serving guidance, adjusting to your individual dog's weight and any breed-specific sensitivities.
Beagles are prone to obesity. Factor any treats (including shrimp) into the daily calorie total — treats should not exceed 10% of daily calories.
